» Prices
Prices don't include the VAT of 20% and can be varied everytime without any notice.

For purchases made from people who are not owner of a VAT Identification Number, who are residents both in Italy or in European Community, to the price will be applied the VAT of 20%.

For purchases made from people who are owner of VAT Identification Number, who are residents in European Community with exclusion of Italy, the VAT will not be applied, as these operations are not considered taxable operations under the article 41 of legislative decree 331/93.

For purchases made from any person who is not resident in Italy and in European Community, the VAT will not be applied, as these operations are not considered taxable operations under article 8 of presidential decree 633/72.


» Taxes and customs duties (only for deliveries out of European Community )
Deliveries out of European Community can be liable to taxes and customs duties as they arrive in your country; it is not possible to calculate them before, as they vary according to differnt countries. Please contact your local custom authority for further information.
This share chargeable to the receiver, if it is, will be cashed from the charged vector at the delivery.


» Taxation document
For every purchase the S.C.S. & Co. srl, will always issue the INVOICE, by using the data supplied from the customer in the proper form order; you will find the invoice together with the goods.


» Right of withdrawal
The sales of items through Internet are controlled by the law legislative decree n°185 of the 22th May 1999, that rules the information about these type of contract, that is, the sales out of a shopping centre.
This norm lays down the rignt of withdrawal, that is to say the possibility for consumer to return the item and to obtain the refund of it.
This right is only reserved to the individuals (consumers), and it can not be exercised from a legal person and from individuals who act with purposes which are related to their professional activity.
The costumer has the right of withdrawal on the contract, without any penalty, within 10 business days from the reception of the items.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may send, by a registered letter with a form of aknowledgement of receipt to the S.C.S. & Co. srl - Via F.lli Gaffuri n.6, 22032 Albese con Cassano (CO) - – Italia - the communication of wirhdrawal, setting out the description and the quantity of the items that you want to return. (this communication may be previously sent by fax to (+39) 031 360180 or by e-mail info@softlineshop.com, provided that, it be confirmd through a registered letter with receipt, within 48 hours).

The costs of the product return, are totally chargeable to the custoomer, who for that reason, could choose if he thinks fit, the more suitable means.
The S.C.S. & Co. srl will refuse any items returned, for what the customer has not already payed the costs of return.

The right of withdrawal totally decays if the returned item is not complete, that is to say:
• lack of oiginal packaging
• lack of important parts of the item (accessories)
• damage of the item due to other causes then the transport
• tamper of the item

As the items will be valued in their integrity, we will refund the sum paid, as soon as possible: the refund will be made trhough Banker's draft and anyway, within 30 days since the receipt of the communication of the withdrawal.


» Guarantee
All the items are guaranteed for 24 months after the purchase date against every defect of fabbrication.
In case of bad working of the item veryfied, its guarantee consists in the exchanging or repair of it. The damages caused by bad use and item tampered, are not guaranteed. In this case the Society declares no responsability for direct or indirect damages due to this behaviour.
And there are no responsbility for direct or indirect damages to persons or things due to bad working of the product. The purchase order by customer confirm the complete approval of sales conditions.


» Privacy
Under the article 13 of the legislative decree of the 30th June 2003, n. 196, laying down the Consolidate Law of the dispositions about the protection of people and other subjects respect to personal data treatment, the S.C.S. & Co. srl inform you that the data and the information from you supplied, may be object of treatment with regard to the above said norm, and according to the following criterion.

•Purpose of data collection: The personal data assigned, may be object of treatment in order to draw up a database that permit the participation to bid and tender invited from the S.C.S. & Co. srl for goods or services supply.

•Modality of data treatment and conservation: The treatment is organized through means and modality that are considered the more suitable to protect the security and the privacy of personal data and could be made both manually or by the help of electrical or anyway automated means that memorize, handle and trasmit the data themselves. At delivery, the customer verifies the integrity of the packaging and that it is not opened, wet, damaged, or somehow tampered.
For any problem, put the signature of RECEIPT WITH RESERVATION, directly describing the reason of it on the delivery document.
We remind you that in case of signature without the objection of the obvious damage, the courier is discharged from every responsability for damages made during the trasport.
The S.C.S. & Co. srl is discharged of responsability respect the purchaser, in case of missed or delayed delivery even only partial, due to circumstances beyond one's control, fortuitous case and anyway in the cases that are attributable to the responsability of the courier.
At the package delivery, in case of absence of the customer, the courier will leave an advice with the indications for the next delivery.
